Nov. 15, 2016 - Abstract Submission opens
Submit your abstract here.
We invite you to submit abstracts if you are working on photonics-related research, regardless of whether you are an undergraduate, graduate student, postdoc, or industry researcher!
If you have any artistic images from your research, do submit them for the Science as Art competition!

Abstract Deadline extended to Feb. 1.

Feb. 1, 2017 - Abstract Submission closes; Deadline for Science as Art competition registration.

Note: If you submitted an abstract before January 17, you should have received a confirmation email from us. If you have not, please contact us. Everyone else will receive confirmation emails after the extended deadline.

Jan. 19, 2017 - Conference registration for both presenters and non-presenters opens

Early bird registration by February 1 is $10. Regular registration is $20.
We will provide a link to registration here when it opens.
Conference registration includes breakfast, lunch, and drinks and snacks during the poster session reception at the end of the day.
