The Dessert Social is co-hosted by the Forum for International Development and Developers for Development. It is a great opportunity to talk to students interested in international development, learn about the different clubs on campus, and eat some delicious desserts!
The Activities Fair is a great time for prospective Harvard students (and current students as well!) to learn more about our chapter and how to get involved.
Demo Day is not only for prospective Harvard students, but for all undergraduates and EWB members to come and experience a taste of what EWB does on-site when working on international projects. Most of the demos will be hands-on and include cement mixing, water quality testing, hammering, CAD, and solar cells.
Matthew Orosz, a professor at MIT, will be speaking to us about his travels in Lesotho and his experiences in improving access to energy in the developing work, specifically with solar panels.
