2. Biography and Curriculum Vitae should not appear in /cp/build/menu.  When Bio is enabled, Biography and Curriculum Vitae appear in /cp/build/menu

3. Document is duplicated in /cp/build/menu. When Document is enabled, there are two Documents shown in /cp/build/menu.
