Laura has worked in the publishing industry for eight years, in both the academic and consumer sectors. In her current role, she develops and manages Cambridge University Press's publishing programs in religious studies. She is responsible for acquiring content for publication in print and digital formats, and managing projects from contract to final publication. Based in Cambridge's New York office, she works closely with colleagues around the world to ensure that development of the religious studies program aligns with the Press’s corresponding journals publishing, as well as its broader humanities initiatives. Before joining Cambridge, she worked in the London offices of H Bauer, the largest privately owned publisher in Europe and the largest consumer magazine publishing company in the UK. She was editor of four monthly magazines and managed the website for the portfolio of titles.
