Volunteer Tutor Program

Request a tutor

Bridge students may request one-on-one tutoring, in addition to classroom learning. Tutors are devoted to helping learners who cannot attend regularly scheduled classes or who need extra help. Tutors are available on campus before and after work hours. Contact us to request a tutor.

Become a tutor

The Bridge Program recruits volunteer tutors, interns and paid work-study graduate student tutors. Volunteer tutors work with Bridge students on a one-on-one basis according to the student's needs.

Generally, each volunteer tutor works with one student per semester, though occasionally having two students is an option. The needs of Bridge students vary greatly, ranging from homework help to help studying for the U.S. Citizenship Test.
