Richard Joined Harvard in 2007, he focuses on designing web user experiences that are simple to use, strategically driven and visually compelling. His work in the field spans 13 years as a consultant for non-profit, corporate and education industry clients providing the full spectrum of graphic design, web technology, and usability services. On his free time he enjoys creating artwork with his kids and traveling to South America.
