Meet often to grow
Mentoring relationships flourish when mentoring groups connect often. The mentoring program hosts three to five events per year where mentors and mentees can come together. Additionally, we encourage our participants to meet once per month. These monthly meetings can and should be a collaborative effort, but we also strongly urge our student mentees to set the agenda and prepare for meetings in order to get the most out of each interaction.
