1.  Following the format of the other papers, attach the below cover sheet to the beginning of your working paper.

2.  Send your working paper to info@lists.iq.harvard.edu.

3.  We will then assign a number to your paper and post it to the site.  You will receive an email notification upon posting or, if there is a problem with your paper, we will get in touch.
