Learning research, evaluation and assessment are integral parts of the Life on Earth project. The Learning Research component of Life on Earth assesses the nature of the changes in museum visitors’ reasoning about evolution and biodiversity during and after their interaction with the learning activities presented in the multi-touch digital exhibit.  The Summative Evaluation component of Life on Earth assesses visitor interaction, behavior and collaborative play factors around the learning activities.
