Applications are now open for the NVivo 9 teaching grant program. Four grants of US$5,000 each are available to academics teaching qualitative research methods in universities in the United States and Canada.

The grant program is designed to help universities and colleges to incorporate the very latest qualitative data analysis software into undergraduate and graduate courses. Each grant can be put towards NVivo 9 software licenses, NVivo 8 software licenses, NVivo training workbooks and training and consulting services from QSR.

Two grants will be awarded for courses being taught in the Fall (September 2010) semester – with one grant awarded to an undergraduate course and the other awarded to a graduate course. A further two grants – one each for a graduate and an undergraduate course – will be awarded for the Spring (January 2011) semester.
