Ph.D. Candidate at the Goverment Department
Kris-Stella Trump is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Goverment Department and an affiliate of the Sidanius Lab. She studies the conscious and subconscious impact of our social environment on political attitudes and behavior. Her research combines comparative politics, American politics and social psychology to develop hypotheses regarding the determinants of political attitudes toward topics such as redistribution and inequality. Her dissertation project looks at the impact of income inequality on political attitudes and perceptions of fairness. She holds degrees from the University of Cambridge (BA, Social and Political Sciences) and the University of Oxford (MPhil, European Politics).
