Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves responsibly, honestly, and with due consideration for others while enrolled in Harvard Summer School, including in online courses and Study Abroad programs. This expectation for mature and responsible conduct also encompasses accountability for one’s own well-being, including responsible decision-making regarding physical and mental health. All students should familiarize themselves with the regulations governing membership in our community, set forth in the pages that follow. Because students are expected to show good judgment at all times, not every kind of misconduct or behavioral expectation is explicitly stated here.

Careful note should be taken that the University is not, and cannot be considered as, a protector or sanctuary from the existing laws of the city, state, or federal government.
