In its blog form, "Around the World in 80 Books" already began to go out into the wider world beyond English through translation. Various of the blog's afficianados, either single or in groups, posted partial or complete translations, into Arabic, Chinese, German, Romanian, Serbian, Spanish, and Turklish. Plans are currently (November 2021) under way for print versions to appear in 2022 in Chinese, Korean, and Romanian.
