It's a month and a half into the semester. You may be feeling overwhelmed - with assignments, with test preparation anxiety, with outside-the-classroom anxieties. In difficult times such as these, it can be helpful to take some time to pause, breathe, and take care of yourself. In this 30-minute session we will practice different forms of meditation such as deep breathing, body relaxation, kindness, and gentle stretching. Open to all levels of experience.
