Amanda is interested in developing models for predicting who may carry a cancer susceptibility gene, with specific applications to familial breast, ovarian, colorectal, endometrial, pancreas and skin cancers. This work is done in collaboration with the BayesMendel group. She is also interested in Phase II clinical trial design within the cancer center, with particular interest in hematalogical malignancies, breast and pancreas cancers.
