Mukaddes is a Ph.D candidate in Biomedical Sciences at the KU Leuven university in Belgium and is expected to graduate in 2023. In the Choi Lab, she is working on imaging of cancer using near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence to detect the delivery of nanoparticles to the tumor. She will mostly work with the Trifoil InSyTe FLECT/CT system.
