The registration process

  • Submit your abstract here:
We welcome abstract submissions if you are working in a photonics-related area, e.g. plasmonics, metasurfaces, quantum optics, biophotonics, nonlinear optics, integrated photonics, materials
We also welcome abstract submissions regardless of your position - in fact, we would like to see works done at various levels, e.g. undergraduate, graduate, postdoctoral, industrial, government
  • Register for the conference here:
Early-bird registration before February 1 is $10 per participant, after which registration will be $20.

What do we look for when reviewing the abstracts?

Your submitted abstracts will go through a peer review process. We are looking for abstracts that exhibit a high quality of research performed, that are relevant to photonics, and can contribute to the diversity of works presented. We will reject abstracts that are longer than 2500 characters, so do keep your abstracts concise and clear. Due to constraints, we are unable to accept all submitted abstracts.
