Learn more about how to get involved in addressing sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct at Harvard College, including by partnering with College Title IX.
Education & Training
College Title IX provides training and consultation for departments, offices, teams, student organizations, and other groups at Harvard composed of College students or who work closely with College students. Topics include:
- Being a Responsible Employee
- Harvard's resources related to sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct
- Title IX compliance and related policies
College Title IX frequently partners with SHARE in the Office for Gender Equity to also train on responding to sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct, promoting gender equity, and primary prevention of sexual harm through education about consent and bystander intervention.
Each year, Harvard College students are required to complete an online training module "Preventing and Responding to Sexual Harassment and Other Sexual Misconduct".

Engagement
Student Advisory Board
College Title IX partners with the Student Advisory Board of College students each year. The SAB provides input and feedback on ideas, materials, and work related to College Title IX and the SHARE team. Students are encouraged to apply every Fall. If you would like to apply please email collegetitleix@fas.harvard.edu for more information.

Student Organizations
College Title IX welcomes outreach from student organizations with requests for trainings or consultation. Additionally, College Title IX recommends student leaders review the following resources available on the Student Organization Center Online (SOCO) that provide guidance for student organizations with respect to Title IX and related issues:
