The CovidU app implements a model of COVID-19 on campuses, developed in summer 2020 to inform university decision-making. The discrete-time compartmental model expands a basic SIR-type model withrepresentations of testing and isolation, contact between students, shared housing dynamics, social gatherings, and superspreader events.
