Tania is a UX & UI designer, consultant, author, and educator who is equally interested in content, form, and people. Tania works with designers, researchers, and developers to help decide what to design, and how to design it using a system-aware and user-centered approach. She leads UX & UI work in the product development group at IQSS, and teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in interaction and information design at Northeastern University.

Tania co-wrote the book “Visual Usability, Principles and Practices for Designing Digital Applications”, which was published by Morgan Kaufmann in 2013. Formal study includes an M.Des. in human-centered communication design from the Institute of Design in Chicago; study in Brissago, Switzerland with Paul Rand and Armin Hofmann through the Yale University summer program in graphic design; and a BFA in graphic design from Boston University.
