DEIB Personalized Learning Project is to provide members of the HGSE and the Harvard community with personalized opportunities to develop in the area of DEIB. To achieve our goal, we are developing a DEIB personalized learning framework and toolkit that guides community members to identify their learning edges, provides them with relevant tools and resources, and supports their continued growth and self-assessment.

The DEIB Explorer Tool is intended as one piece of self-reflection to guide users’ decision-making around DEIB learning. It is not intended to be an evaluative tool and should not serve this purpose. 

In addition, the tool is still in beta mode. Survey data are analyzed and reports sent to users approximately once a week.  If you do not see your results within a week, please check your spam folder for an email from hgse.dei@gmail.com.
