A great deal of important progress was made in recent years to advance pro-consumer telco policy at the federal level. It appears that gains of recent years may be somewhat diminished in the near term. While this potential diminution occurs, we can be sure that technological advances and the way we use technology in each realm of life will continue to march forward. What should we do?
