Consortium Faculty Chair William W. Hogan is the Raymond Plank Professor of Global Energy Policy, a professorship established jointly by Raymond Plank and the Apache Corporation.
The Consortium is housed at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government in the Harvard Kennedy School. It works closely with the Harvard University Center for the Environment and the Future of Energy initiative.
