Sofia is a freshman from the Philippines, majoring in BS Medical Laboratory Science. She founded a local initiative called Siyensiya PH where she is able to advocate to stop the "infodemic," educate the masses about COVID-19, and develop an appreciation of science among the youth. She is also a subjproject lead in one of CVT's current projects, called "COVID Vaccines." In her free time, Sofia likes to explore the interconnection of Science and Art.
