Board

Molly Bosworth

Molly Bosworth - President

I live in Leverett House and study Electrical Engineering. I joined EWB because I love being able to have a real world impact and learn engineering project skills along the way! I also love playing board games and am also involved in Harvard's Undergraduate Board Game club, HUBBLE.

Langa Siziba - Kibuon Project Lead

Hi everyone! I am a junior in Winthrop House studying Electrical Engineering. This is my 4th semester in EWB. I joined EWB because of the opportunity they provided to have real impact on a community through a class while gaining real world experience and knowledge. Fun, but also very normal, fact: I am from Zimbabwe and in my free time I enjoy playing traditional Zimbabwean instruments

Jack Shea- Los Sanchez Project Lead

Hi guys! I am Jack, a junior in Kirkland House studying Mechanical Engineering. This is my third semester on the Los Sanchez project, and second as project lead. My favorite part of EWB is the close-knit community that has formed as the semesters have gone on, and its great to bring this community to the Dominican Republic! Outside of class, I spend most of my time outdoors running, hiking, and traveling.

Nancy Lin - Director of Programming

Hi! My name is Nancy, and I am a senior in Mather studying Mechanical Engineering. This is my third semester in EWB, and I absolutely love the sense of community and opportunity to apply my engineering skills into something which has a positive real-world impact. Outside of class, I enjoy watching c/kdramas (reach out if you have any recommendations!) and volunteering at the local youth shelter, Y2Y.

Kulani Temesgen

Kulani Temesgen - Director of Social Media

Hi! My name is Kulani Temesgen and I'm a sophomore in Adams House studying Mechanical Engineering with a secondary in African Studies. I decided to join EWB because I wanted to be able to use Mechanical Engineering to strengthen and empower communities in need while leaving a long-lasting impact around the world. Outside of class I love volleyball, photography, and reading the occasional book or two :)

Sofia Perez Casillas - President

Hey there! My name is Sofia, I am junior studying Mechanical Engineering. I grew up around the gorgeous mountains of Monterrey, Mexico and am now proud to call Eliot House my home away from home. EWB is one of my favorite communities on campus as well as one of the most fulfilling activities I am a part of as I love using engineering to promote development in low income communities.

Zora Zheng - Kibuon Project Lead, Director of Programming and Onboarding

Hello! My name is Zora, and I'm a junior in Currier house studying Environmental Science and Engineering. My dedication to creating positive change within communities resonates strongly with EWB's mission, and I'm genuinely excited about the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Kibuon community, working together to foster a more sustainable and resilient community. Outside of EWB, you can find me kicking away with the taekwondo club, spending time outdoors, or catching up on my favourite anime :)

Ray Noh - Los Sanchez Project Lead

Hello! My name is Ray and I am a mechanical engineering concentrator in Kirkland house. I joined EWB because it was different from all my other classes in a good way - it actually had an immediate positive impact on others. My hobbies include playing basketball, riding my bike around, and playing with my dog when I’m at home!

Bella Pignataro - Director of Social Outreach

Hi! I’m bella and i’m a junior in currier studying electrical engineering! I joined EWB this semester to use my (very limited) engineering knowledge to try and have a direct, positive impact. You can also find me hitting things in THUD, desperately trying to find food that abides by my dietary restrictions, and walking incredibly fast for no reason.

Ayande Joseph - Director of Social Media

Hey everyone, my name is Ayande, I am a sophomore in Currier House studying Mechanical Engineering. I joined EWB because I strongly feel that it coincides with my personal mission of applying my learned engineering skills to take actionable steps to create visible change in the world. I love playing and watching soccer, going on bike rides, as well as kicking back and enjoying time with friends!
