The Checklist Template is a fillable Excel spreadsheet that can be used for both exhibitions and loans to capture information relevant to the identification, display, condition, treatment, preparation, and installation of each item being included in an exhibition. Generally, the left-hand side of the template is completed by the library and the right-hand side is completed by conservation. Each side of the template can be customized to meet the particular needs of a specific exhibition or loan.
