There are no functional changes in this release. There have been updates to some dependencies, some of which address security vulnerabilities. A couple of minor security updates remain which will require a greater amount of effort and will be included in a future release.

The latest source code is available on GitHub here. The downloads page only provides executable code and JavaDoc.
