Fellow in Applied Physics (Science and Cooking)
Mai is a Fellow in Applied Physics (Science and Cooking) and a Teaching Assistant in General Education at Harvard. She is also a contributing writer to UCLA’s Science & Food blog. Mai is an aspiring food scientist who received her BS in biochemistry from the University of Virginia. Although she spends her days toiling away in a cancer research lab, she hopes to soon escape the bench in pursuit of a more creative and fulfilling career.
