Bridge Policies

The Bridge Program is open to Harvard employees paid on an hourly basis who have completed their initial probationary period and who maintain satisfactory job performance, as well as employees of Harvard contractors (UNICCO cleaning, Restaurant Associates, Sodexho Food Services, etc.).

Registration

Contact us to schedule an appointment to register for any Bridge services. Students will need to be available for a minimum of one hour for registration and assessment.

The Bridge mission

The Bridge Program provides service employees at Harvard with the skills and confidence to excel in their current positions, meet their career goals and prosper in their personal lives.

Bridge is a worker education program open to all hourly employees and members of HUCTW. Employees can select from a wide range of classes to meet individual needs. Classes are on campus before, during and after work hours.
