    How Well Does Early User Research Predict Final Site Performance?
    As UX practitioners, we use many techniques to test the information architecture and navigation of websites at different stages in development. As use these methods, we assume (or hope) they can predict the performance of the final live site. In this research, we investigate the predictive power of three research methods (tree testing, screenshot click testing, and unmoderated usability testing of wireframes) to gain a better understanding of their reliability.

    Library User Research Center Brainstorming

    Harvard Library is building out a grant-funded usability lab/user research center space this summer. It will be initially used by library staff for research, but our plan is to, eventually, make it available for any staff at Harvard to use in support of UX work.

    Refresh Boston is proud to announce that it will host Global Accessibility Awareness Day on March 21 at Fresh Tilled Soil’s offices in Watertown.
