    How Well Does Early User Research Predict Final Site Performance?
    As UX practitioners, we use many techniques to test the information architecture and navigation of websites at different stages in development. As use these methods, we assume (or hope) they can predict the performance of the final live site. In this research, we investigate the predictive power of three research methods (tree testing, screenshot click testing, and unmoderated usability testing of wireframes) to gain a better understanding of their reliability.

    Refresh Boston is proud to announce that it will host Global Accessibility Awareness Day on March 21 at Fresh Tilled Soil’s offices in Watertown. GAAD started in 2011; the purpose is to get people talking, thinking and learning about digital accessibility and users with different disabilities. Over the course of the day, Refresh co-organizers Fresh Tilled Soil and Future Insights will be releasing short videos on Twitter from members of the web community who have made careers in accessibility.
