While working as a UX consultant over the last 8 years, one of the biggest changes I have noticed is the evolution of UX capabilities on the client side. Through the 2000’s a majority of our clients had minimal exposure to User Experience as a discipline and looked to us as the sole authority in that domain. Over the years more and more organizations have their own experienced in-house UX teams. As an agency, we often work in conjunction with these teams.
