Jean Luc is an Ed.M. Candidate in Education Policy and Analysis (EPA) at Harvard University. Jean Luc is from Kigali, Rwanda. He has previously worked with Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), where he led the implementation of various learning & development (L&D) interventions. His research work explored the multiple aspects of how contemporary technologies (AR/VR, Generative AI, E-Learning Platforms, etc.) can be leveraged and utilized as tools to advance equity in education in the bid to make inclusive quality education accessible for the socio-economically disadvantaged margins of the population. His passion lies at the nexus between Governance, Policy, and Education, and he aspires to play a catalytic role in making quality education unambiguously accessible in his country, his continent, and the globe at large.
