Before HGSE, I worked at King's College London for nearly five years, where I pioneered programmes to address gaps in student outcomes by building inclusive practices through student leadership and co-creation. My passion for improving the student experience for under-represented groups led me to pursue a Master's in Education Policy and Analysis. I am also a UN Women Delegate and volunteer for several UK-based charities with the mission to improve civic engagement and participation of marginalized communities in society. 

I believe those closest to the problems are closest to the solutions. In joining this Fellowship, I want to engage with communities and organizations in the US and to be equipped with the tools to lead systems-level change in HE and beyond.
