Lily An is a Ph.D. student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Education Policy and Program Evaluation concentration. Her research interests include educational measurement, QuantCrit, and educationally just testing policies. She has experience working with large data sets to analyze student outcomes, conducting meta-analyses, and using psychometric tools to evaluate standardized assessments. She holds an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Statistics from Williams College. Previously, she chaired the Williams Asian and Asian American Alumni Network.
