Diana (she/her/ella) is an Ed.M candidate in the Education Policy and Analysis program with a concentration in Global, International, and Comparative Education (GICE). Diana has worked within the field of education in different capacities, including the non-profit sector, K-12, and higher education. Before coming to Harvard, Diana worked as a program officer at a non-profit organization. She oversaw the implementation of various projects in the US and abroad, which focused on increasing the number of students enrolling in postsecondary education. Prior to that, Diana worked in higher education, where she worked in conjunction with the admission team to review prospective students. As an Equity & Inclusion Fellow, Diana is interested in understanding what equitable, inclusive, and accessible education looks like for students in the US and globally. Her passion lies in providing students with the necessary opportunities and skill sets to pursue a postsecondary education.
