Maciej Ujejski is the Founding Director of The Flying Mind Foundation. In 2016, he co-founded a non-partisan, social initiative whose main purpose is to provide outstanding Poles with access to world-class leadership and management education. In just a few years, the program has become the most sought after leadership development program in Poland. In 2015, Maciej co-created "Smogathon." Earlier in his career, he created "Youth in Leadership"—a conference focused on educating students and young professionals about the significance of leadership and to creating a community of young leaders supporting and inspiring each other by their own actions. He also worked for a mobile software house CocoLab, where he served as a COO and Project Owner. Maciej graduated from the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration, with a Master's Degree in Law.
