The program will run from October-March and mentors will be given ample guidance from both SEWA and HISG. Mentors will be given a road-map with broad deliverables for the project and the mentorship components of the program. They will be expected to contact their mentees atleast once a week and will have the opportunity to visit their mentee and see the implementation of their project on the ground in Delhi for 2 weeks during Winter Break in December-January.
