Through the generosity of the Henry Luce Foundation, we are pleased to be able to fund your travel expenses. To book your travel, please first fill out the attached form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have received confirmation from BCD Travel (which may take a day or two), you may then email email@example.com to indicate your travel preferences and initiate the booking process.
Please copy Herchel Blemur and note in your email that payment will be made via "web voucher". You will then receive a draft itinerary via email. If you approve the itinerary, simply reply to the message (copying Herchel Blemur). A booking confirmation will then be sent to your email.
A few points to keep in mind when selecting travel preferences:
1. For domestic travel, travelers must pick the lowest priced, coach airfare (though travelers can pick preferred airports and preferred flight times, of course); additionally, domestic travelers are permitted to arrive the day before an event or meeting, and are allowed to stay up to one day following the event or meeting (the allowance is two days before and after a meeting for international travelers).
2. Finally, since itineraries need to be chosen and the tickets paid for the same day (by 4:00 PM), we ask travelers to being the booking process as early in the day as possible.
