The National Preparedness Leadership Initiative (NPLI) is the premier research and training program for preparedness and response leadership. Our alumni work in the public, private, and non-profit organizations worldwide. We are seeking a communications intern to help raise the profile of the program through social and traditional media channels. Duties include managing the Twitter account, drafting LinkedIn posts, press releases, and other materials. Writing skills and social media proficiency are critical. The position is paid and requires 8-10 hours per week (some in our Harvard Square office and some remote--we're flexible). The NPLI is a joint program of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
