Shyam Narayan Bharti is a PhD Research Scholar in the School of Management and Labour Studies (SMLS) from TISS, Mumbai. He has completed his MPhil in the School of Management and Labour Studies (SMLS) from TISS, Mumbai. Also, he has done graduation and post-graduation in commerce from state university, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has done many short-term courses, training programs and conferences/seminars at the national and international level in prestigious institutes/universities in India and Abroad. Currently, he is working as Principal Investigator (Health and Socioeconomic in Brazil) for 2022 Socioeconomics Fellowship in International Socioeconomics Laboratory (ISL). He has also worked as a Principal Investigator (New York VS Texas Govt. Covid-era Performance) in International Socioeconomic Laboratory (ISL) Board in 2021. He has also worked as a Research Associate in Cognet ARAmbha Services Private Limited Punjab. Also, he is doing an internship program as Global Research 2022 in Global Research Forum on Diaspora and Transnationalism (GRFDT), New Delhi, India. His areas of research interest are Labour Economics, Labour Law, Precarious Employment, Social Security, Migrants Construction Labour, Vulnerability etc. He has also published the papers in a good journal. Currently, He is working as a Research Specialist in the Institute of Social Responsibility and Accountability (ISRA), Part time. However, he is also working on a project for UK Corporate as a freelancer.
