Pcard Settlement System is being retired, Pcard is moving to Concur January 30th, 2023!

Concur will be used to process Corporate Card & Out of Pocket Reimbursements AND Purchasing Card Transactions. 

Concur Expense – continue to be used to process Corporate Card and Out of pocket reimbursements for Employees

2022/2023 Winter Recess Schedule: Accounts Payable, Pcard, Invoice, Receivable deadlines

The University will be in recess from Friday, December 23, 2022 until Monday, January 2, 2022. Financial and Sponsored systems will be available during winter recess; however, transactions will not be posted to the General Ledger or refreshed into HART and the Financial Data Warehouse, and the HUIT Support Center (617-495-7777) and FAD staff will be unavailable.

Travel Guidance Updates

The University Travel Guidance is subject to change. The most recent update was 9/1/2022. As of that date, a new travel requirement was that international travel be registered in advance with International SOS.
