What is the Machine Learning Fellowship?

The Machine Learning Fellowship is a 2-month virtual program providing fellows with a machine learning or research internship with a startup, tech company, or principal investigator.

Who is eligible to apply to the Machine Learning Fellowship?

All students currently pursuing a degree at a higher education institution are eligible. Check out our fellowship page for more details.

What does the application look like?

The application process begins with all applicants filling out a form. This form will ask you for your contact information, prior work experience, and a few short essay questions so we can get to know you better. Our team will review your application, and invite you for a technical interview if we want to move forward with your application. Not all applicants who pass the technical interview will be inducted into the program.

Who runs the Machine Learning Fellowship?

The machine learning fellowship is a nonprofit initiative under Erevna, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization at Harvard Innovation Labs working to empower students and the communities they belong to.

How can I apply?

Applications for Cohort 0 of the Machine Learning Fellowship will open on December 1st, 2020 at 8:00 am PT and will close on December 31st, 2020 at 11:59 pm PT. A link to apply will appear on our website once applications open.
