Helpdesk provides the following:
- Ongoing and continuous support for all studies
- A reliable phone system with easy menu options, including call queuing system and option to leave a message
- A central location for storing HelpDesk requests in order to track and monitor from “ticket open” to “ticket close”
- Status tracking number for each request or inquiry
