Helpdesk provides the following:

  • Ongoing and continuous support for all studies
  • A reliable phone system with easy menu options, including call queuing system and option to leave a message
  • A central location for storing HelpDesk requests in order to track and monitor from “ticket open” to “ticket close”
  •  Status tracking number for each request or inquiry
