Next Gen Virtual Dinner: Spring Forward - Time to Reset for the Future
Tuesday, March 15th, 7:30–8:30 pm ET
Thank you for joining us on Tuesday, March 15th at 7:30 pm ET for our virtual Next Gen Dinner in partnership with the Harvard Graduate Commons Program.
The Next-Gen Dinner Series brings together First-generation & FGLI (First-generation, low-income) undergrads, graduate students, faculty, and university staff from across all of Harvard's schools to learn from one another about topics specific to the 1G (First-Gen) experience at Harvard.
We enjoyed dinner and prepared for the final weeks of the semester (and beyond) for this meeting. We explored what it means to be successful and avoid burnout here at Harvard with Professor Vinny Manoharan (SEAS).
We also talked with one another and discussed ways you can "reset" during the spring recess and find (or create) occasions to feel your best. Whether you're a first-year college student or nearing the end of your graduate program, this Next Gen session offered opportunities for you to connect with peers, mentors, and find support for what you need to be well at this stage of your Harvard experience.
