The Harvard Dataverse is open to anyone to deposit their data. All file formats are supported. We encourage including descriptions of datasets so that others can easily discover and reuse them. All you need to do is create an account, create your own Dataverse and start uploading data. 

Instructions below are for Dataverse 4.0, which will be released in early 2015.
