A proposed quantitative index to understand and evaluate the health of open source projects

During a full-day workshop at Harvard University, an expert panel will meet to conceptualize and prioritize meaningful factors that contribute to the health of open source software projects, factors that will be useful to people adopting or maintaining particular software for academic institutions and libraries.
