What is your home town?
Rochester, NY

What research did you do while at Harvard Physics?
Experimental particle physics with the ATLAS experiment

If you had to describe your work to someone outside of physics, what would you say you do?
I spent most of my PhD making sure particle detectors worked properly and diagnosing any issues. I spent the other parts of my PhD looking for signs of new particles produced in a high energy proton collisions at the Large Hadron Collider.

What's a favorite memory you have from your time at Harvard Physics?
Hanging out the G1 area, the particle physics and physics department holiday parties!

What are your plans for the future?
Postdoc at SLAC on the LZ experiment, which is a direct detection dark matter experiment
