The Association of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians (AGOTA) is the only organization that groups obstetricians and gynecologists in Tanzania. The mission of AGOTA is to promote the wellbeing of women in Tanzania and to raise the standard of practice in obstetrics ad gynaecology in the country. To encourage study and research in achievement of science and practice of obstetrics and gynaecology.
