Elina Pradhan

Elina Pradhan is a doctoral student at the Department of Global Health and Population at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Research Assistant on the PPIUD project. She is interested in population health policy modeling, evaluation and design in resource-limited settings. Born and raised in Nepal, she currently works in a wide range of projects including the impact of conditional cash transfers on female education and early marriage in India, the impact of national education policies on female education and adolescent reproductive behavior in Ethiopia, policies to reap demographic dividend in Sub-Saharan Africa, and mathematical models of the population-level health impact of Rapid Diagnostic Tests for Malaria in Sub-Saharan Africa.
