The Psychology and Leadership Initiative's purpose remains twofold: sharing reliable, cutting-edge research in the field while focusing on its practical applicability in regular and clinical settings. Each meeting provides the opportunity to focus on one specific concept from a wide range of psychological disciplines, should they be educational, political, or medical in nature. Participants appreciate both the thought-provoking discussions and the diverse array of perspectives, experiences, and approaches.
